1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SolarPanel's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be an Indian resident with valid KYC documents
- You must have a valid bank account in your name
3. Investment Terms
3.1 Plan Duration
- 1-7.5 Watt plans: 80 days duration
- 10-320 Watt plans: 120 days duration
- Daily income credited automatically to your wallet
3.2 Returns
- Returns are fixed and guaranteed as per plan
- Daily income is calculated as: Total Earning ÷ Duration Days
- Example: 1 Watt plan (₹600 investment) returns ₹1,600 total (₹20/day)
Important: Returns are subject to normal business operations and market conditions.
4. Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum withdrawal: ₹150
- Processing fees: 10% (10% per withdrawal)
- Funds credited to your registered bank account/UPI
4.1 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal Schedule:
Withdrawal requests are processed Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM only.
Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.

Important Notes:
- ✅ Payment approvals are available ALL DAYS (including weekends and holidays)
- 💰 Withdrawal processing happens only on weekdays (Monday-Friday) between 1 PM - 4 PM
- 📅 Withdrawals requested after 4 PM will be processed the next working day
- 🏦 Bank transfers may take 24-48 hours after approval to reflect in your account
- 📞 For urgent withdrawals, contact support during working hours
5. Referral Program
- Level 1 (5%): Earn 5% on every withdrawal from direct referrals
- Level 2 (3%): Earn 3% on withdrawals from level 2 downline
- Level 3 (2%): Earn 2% on withdrawals from level 3 downline
- Level 4+ (1%): Earn 1% on withdrawals from level 4 and above downline
- Commissions credited instantly when downline withdraws
6. KYC Verification
All users must complete KYC verification:
- Bank account verification
- Phone number verification
- Email verification
7. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent transactions or fake UTRs
- Manipulating referral system
- Money laundering attempts
- Using automated bots or scripts
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Funds will be returned after deducting any applicable penalties.
